About Me
HI, I'M GILL,
a virtual assistant specialising in all things HR. As a working mum with a young family organising and planning for others comes naturally to me, multitasking is what I do best.
I’ve worked as a PA for almost 20 years and have a wealth of experience and knowledge to contribute to you and your business. My experience within HR administration brings with it an understanding of discretion, integrity and confidentiality. I appreciate the importance and fast paced nature of HR work and by supporting you from behind the scenes with the everyday tasks I can free you up to do what you do best.
As a virtual assistant I do love to make use of today’s digital technology to keep in touch, email, text, FaceTime, Skype, phone calls and what’s best is you decide what works for you, after all I’m here to make your life easier. If it’s one to one meetings at your offices or offsite I’m happy with that too.

WORKING TOGETHER
I’m at home working with Microsoft 365 as I love how flexible it is and allows a secure and collaborative way of working. I am however, adaptable and have experience with other systems such as google docs, dropbox etc.
I believe in the early days face to face meetings will be beneficial and I’m happy to travel to you or meet at your convenience. If phone calls, emails or online meetings are your preference that’s great I’m here to help support you in whichever way suits you.
